Congratulations Class of 2024!

Skidmore’s Commencement on Saturday, May 18, 2024, will be here before you know it. You’ve achieved so much despite the disruption and we’re so proud of you. The future is brighter with you in it, and we wish you all the best.

All students will be wearing regalia made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles in an effort to remain environmentally conscious at the College. This line of graduation wear – named GreenWeaver^® – is made from fabric spun from molten plastic pellets and because of this, fewer plastic bottles will be choking our landfills. An average of 25 plastic bottles will be used to produce each cap and gown for every Skidmore student wearing this regalia at Commencement. With some 60 million plastic bottles going into U.S. landfills every day, Skidmore is helping to turn those bottles into keepsakes.

YOU CAN CHOOSE TO SHIP YOUR REGALIA HOME OR PICK IT UP AT THE SKIDMORE SHOP.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE YOUR REGALIA SENT HOME:

• THERE IS A FLAT-RATE FEE OF $15.95 FOR DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND HANDLING.
• THERE IS A FLAT-RATE FEE OF $60.00 FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. 
  Please note that international shipping times vary. It is recommended that you order at least a month before the date needed.

THERE ARE NO SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES TO PICK UP YOUR REGALIA AT THE SKIDMORE SHOP.

IMPORTANT DATES

·         Last day to order to pick up your regalia at the Skidmore Shop: March 17, 2024

·         Last day to order to ship your regalia home: April 10, 2024

·         Pick up your regalia at the Skidmore Shop starting: April 23, 2024
